Churches represent an important part of the built heritage of Lisbon. In this tour we will visit some of the oldest and most famous churches in the city.
We will start the tour at the Old Church of São Domingos, which keeps on its walls the scars of ancient times. For about 6 hours, your Guide will make you travel back in time to the period of the Roman Empire, the Inquisition, the Maritime Discoveries, and the 1755 earthquake.
The churches visited in this tour include the famous Jerónimos Monastery, the Monastery of Saint Vincent, the Lisbon Cathedral (Sé de Lisboa), the National Panheon and much more...(check the full itinerary below).
